Robert McEwen , , , Executive Chairman, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Rob has been associated with the mining industry for 29 years. His career began in the investment industry, and then in 1990 he stepped into the mining sector. Rob is the founder of Goldcorp Inc., where he took the company from a market capitalization of $50 million to over $10 billion. Rob is currently the Chairman, CEO and largest shareholder of McEwen Mining Inc. and Chairman of Lexam VG Gold Inc., exploring for gold, silver, copper, in Canada, USA, Mexico and Argentina.

2002: Ernst & Young’s Ontario Entrepreneur of the Year Award - Energy;

Perry Y. Ing , , , Chief Financial Officer

Perry is responsible for the financial management and reporting of McEwen Mining Inc. Perry holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant in Canada, Certified Public Accountant in the US and Chartered Financial Analyst. He brings extensive financial management and reporting experience in the mining sector having previously served as Corporate Controller for Goldcorp Inc., and as a Consultant to Barrick Gold Corp. Perry began his career in the mining practice of PwC LLP where he spent six years and his responsibilities included managing the audits of large international mining companies, as well as a range of junior mining companies.

William Faust , , , Chief Operating Officer

Bill directs McEwen Mining Inc.’s mining operations in Mexico and Nevada, including planning, development, construction and operation of the El Gallo and Gold Bar projects. William has over 30 years of engineering and management experience, particularly in open pit mining in Mexico and the Western United States. Mr. Faust is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico, and holds an MBA Finance, Management from Western New Mexico University, a BS, Mining Engineering from New Mexico Tech and a BS, Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico. A Vietnam veteran, Mr. Faust also served in the US Navy and more recently the Navy Reserve, where he held various positions over a 26-year career. In 1999, Mr. Faust retired as a Captain (O-6).

Ian Ball , , , Senior Vice President

Ian is responsible for managing McEwen Mining Inc.’s exploration and development programs throughout Mexico, Argentina and Nevada. He is credited with making the company’s El Gallo discovery in Mexico, where the first phase of the El Gallo Complex has recently begun production. Previous to his position with the Company, Ian worked for McEwen Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for raising capital, structuring transactions and managing exploration programs in Alaska, Colorado and Quebec. Ian has played a role in various mergers and acquisitions throughout the natural resource sector, which have a combined market value of $11 billion. He originally began his career with Goldcorp Inc. in 2004. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours), graduating first in class and a Diploma in Business Administration (Honours). He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and was awarded the Alumnus of Distinction Award by his alma mater, becoming the youngest recipient of this award.

Andrew Elinesky , , , Vice President - Argentina

Andrew is responsible for exploration, development and administrative oversight of our Argentine assets. Andrew previously held the position of Director - Projects (Argentina). An accountant by training, Mr. Elinesky also held the title of Corporate Controller for Minera Andes Inc., which combined with McEwen Mining in January 2012. Andrew originally joined the McEwen group of companies in 2008.

Simon Quick , , , Vice President - Projects

Simon is currently involved in development and permitting of both the El Gallo and Gold Bar projects in Mexico and Nevada. Previous to the formation of McEwen Mining, he was Director of Projects in Mexico for US Gold Corporation. Simon was a key member of the team that has taken the El Gallo grassroots discovery to the construction phase. Simon holds a degree in Economics (with Distinction) from Bishop’s University and joined the McEwen Mining team (then US Gold) in 2008.

Nils F. Engelstad , , , Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Secretary

Nils Engelstad is responsible for overseeing the legal and corporate affairs of McEwen Mining. He was previously a Vice President of Minera Andes Inc. and Corporate Secretary to US Gold Corporation, each a predecessor company to McEwen Mining. Nils joined the McEwen Capital Group of companies in 2009, prior to which he was in private practice with a national Canadian law firm. He holds a Hon. BA (International Relations) from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Windsor and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Toronto. Nils is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Carlos Liggesmeyer , , , Country Manager, Argentina

Carlos has a CPA and MBA, oriented towards international business. He graduated from the University of Belgrano, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Carlos is Fluent in Spanish, English and German with 15 + years of experience in Finance and Admin, Controlling and as General Manager of different foreign companies operating in Argentina, Europe and the US. Carlos has previous experience in the mining industry in Argentina and Chile, in the German gypsum and plasterboard manufacturing group Geb. Knauf. Carlos joined McEwen Mining in May 2010 as Finance & Administration Manager for Argentina.

Euridice Gonzalez , , , Country Manager, Mexico

Euridice is responsible for managing McEwen Mining’s day-to-day exploration and development activities in Mexico.  She has over 10 years experience in the mining sector in the country. During the last 5 years, Euridice served as the head of management of McEwen’s interests in Mexico. Because of her background as a certified English teacher, she has been able to act as the liaison between Toronto headquarters and Mexico operations. Euridice has been successful completing the land acquisition of the “El Gallo” complex. She acted as the bridge of our Mexican subsidiary and the regional leaders of the governmental institutions and the agrarian communities achieving the consensus that allowed McEwen Mining to get the authorizations required to develop the exploration projects and El Gallo complex.

Luke Willis , , , Director, Resource Modelling

Prior to joining McEwen Mining, Luke Willis served as Resource Geologist at Goldcorp's Red Lake mine in northwestern Ontario. The Red Lake mine is considered to be the highest grade gold mine in the world. While at Goldcorp, Luke was primarily responsible for reviewing and publishing geological resource estimates for the mine and previously worked on underground grade control and mining dilution. Luke also served as a Geologist at Barrick Gold's Hemlo mine in northwestern Ontario. Luke is responsible for our resource modeling and estimates.

Nigel Fung , , , Director, Mine Planning

Nigel Fung joins McEwen Mining from Tetra Tech (formerly Wardrop Engineering) where he served as a Consulting Mine Engineer. During his tenure at Tetra Tech, Nigel focused on open pit optimization, life of mine production schedules and capital and operating costs at various projects around the world. Also, Nigel served as Mine Planning and Project Engineer at IAM Gold's Rosebel Gold mine in Suriname, which in 2011 produced 385,000 ounces of gold. Nigel is responsible for our long range mine planning.
